Cat's Turmoil

Things are still upside-down in my house. More things have gone into boxes, and I've actually started sleeping in that crate my human put in the bedroom. It's not too bad in there--the pillow is my favorite.

My humans have been throwing around the words "Arizona" and "Oregon" a lot. I guess those are places. The Mutt has been talking about an interview in "Oregon." They talk like it's really important, but I have a hard time paying attention to human talk.

I've also had to play nursemaid to my human. She's sick again. It helps her when I lay on her neck and purr. Since she's my human, I do what I can.

Cat TV Time

Things are crazy around here. Aside from spending so much time with the Screamer, my humans have put almost everything in the house into boxes. My human spends a lot of time moving things around and putting the rest of the things into boxes.

I have a lot of time on my own, so I've started watching TV. I like re-runs of the X-Files (that's what I'm watching in this picture) ... I know I could do every bit as good as Mulder does with those cases.

Speaking of mysteries, my human put a strange crate in the bedroom. She put a pillow in there, and both humans put treats in there for me. It seems comfortable, but I avoid it. Something seems fishy, and not in a good way. I also here them talking about "cat" and "car." It's making me nervous.

I've got to go ... the Screamer is at it again, and it's giving me a headache.

Things Changed...A Lot

It turned out my human's growing stomach meant there was another human coming to live with us. (I'm not sure what the connection was, but when they brought the Screamer back, my human was thinner.) I guess it's a human, anyway It's not much bigger than I am, and it screams a lot ... it gives me a headache. Since the Screamer came, I haven't had much time with my human or the Mutt. I spend most of my time under the bed in my room.

On the plus side, I think they feel guilty, because they've been giving me more treats than ever. (Of course, I'd get them myself, but I don't have thumbs.)

More Time with the Mutt

Starting last September, things started to change ... for the worst, as far as I'm concerned. My human started getting preoccupied and her stomach started growing. She didn't like me "making biscuits" on her stomach any more, so I started spending more time with the Mutt. What'sthe human saying? "Any port in a storm."
