Teeth, Beads and an Annoyed Cat

Here's another picture of me sitting on the back of the couch. Yup, another picture where I'm trying to sleep and they're setting off a flash in my face.

My human went to get something called a "root canal" yesterday. I thought it had something to do with plants, because those are the only things I know of that have roots, but when she came back, she seemed to be having trouble with her mouth. It looked like she'd forgotten how to use the right side of her mouth. She ate soup for lunch, and it was funny to watch.

She was doing something with beads this morning. They were all different sizes and shapes. I wanted to help, but she kept shooing me away. She was really rude. She said knocking them on the floor was not helping. Well, maybe it wasn't helpful, but it was fun.

Today was the humans' election day. Both the humans went to vote. I guess it's a big deal. I don't understand why. I think cats should run the world...everything would be much simpler. Then again, that sounds like a lot of work, so maybe not. It's probably better to let the humans keep giving themselves high blood pressure.
